»Shapes of Future Mobility« calendar wins »Award of Excellence«
The »gregor international calendar award« – one of the leading competitions worldwide in the printing and media industry – has been staged for the 68th time in 2017.
This makes us at Elanders Germany all the more proud to have won the »Award of Excellence« in the category »Zukunftsweisende Produktkommunikation« (~ “Pioneering Production Communication”) this year with our calendar »Shapes of Future Mobility«, produced for Daimler AG.
In bestowing this award on our company, the jury recognised not only our high-quality realisation of the concept studies »Shapes of Future Mobility«, but also the dedication, creativity and ingenuity which went into the calendar.
In cooperation with our partners, we implemented our ideas in multi-stage printing and finishing processes which led, among other things, to finishes in silver featuring Iriodin pigments, daylight luminescent paints, multiple coatings and stylish embossing.
Despite these technical challenges, we managed to develop the calendar in the space of only three months.
The »Award of Excellence« shows us once again just what can be achieved with creativity and the right know-how.
A calendar printed by Elanders Germany also won a distinction in the »gregor international calendar award« last year.
