Our printing facility stands out as a trusted partner for publishers specialising in student textbooks. With rotary offset printing based on heatset web presses, we deliver fast and cost-effective solutions tailored to high-volume productions.
Rotary offset printing for efficiency
Our heatset web machines ensure lightning-fast print production without compromising on quality. This means textbooks are ready for use in schools within a remarkably short timeframe. In one production process, we receive already folded sections ready to be saddle stitched or perfect bound, which saves time and money.
Spine perforation capability
With our web offset machinery, we offer a unique spine perforation capability during the rotary printing process. This feature is particularly valuable for textbooks containing tear-out worksheets, ensuring convenience for both students and educators.
For very precise perforation in the book, we offer an additional solution provided by our sheet-fed equipment for the required section.
Automatic application of individual access codes
In today’s interconnected learning landscape, where textbooks are seamlessly integrated with the digital realm of the Internet, which houses diverse supplementary educational resources, the integration of an individual access code within each textbook has become imperative. We have streamlined this process by acquiring specialised equipment for automated application of these access codes onto the textbooks.
For those who prefer traditional methods, we provide options such as affixing DVDs onto the adhesive or inserting them without adhesive beneath the cover of the textbooks. However, in such cases, we highly recommend individual shrink-wrapping for each copy.
Binding Options: for textbooks up to 96 pages, we offer saddle stitching, for textbooks with a higher content volume, we propose a glued binding with the hot-melt or PUR option.
Partner with us for a seamless printing experience that combines speed, cost-effectiveness, and innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of educational publishers.
