The Binding Corporate Rules of the Elanders Group (incl. multiple additional documents and processes) have been approved on 28 January 2021 by the European Data Protection Board in Brussels, the Swedish Data Protection Authority (as lead authority) and the Data Protection Authorities in the EU countries where Elanders has business operations.

Elanders is the third Swedish company to receive an approval of its Binding Corporate Rules.
